I take this when I have used up a lot of brainpower, ie. After a hectic meeting or class. During stressful times I take it 3x a day. It dissolves under the tongue quickly, you can also add to your water with a few other cell salts eg. Mag phos for an electrolyte drink of sorts.

This works excellently for any level of anxiety / stress / nervousness from mild to severe and is great for headaches. Better than any other product ever tried. Have a bottle in the car, nightstand and desk. Even a half dose works perfectly. Never w/o it.

Good product at a good price. A naturopath recommended for my daughter several years ago. She notices if she forgets to take it to help calm her, and keeps her from twitching in her sleep. The 30x is more effective for her than the 6x

It Works!
I was extremely skeptical that this would help me retain potassium, but it works! I have renal potassium wasting due to synthetic vitamin D3 overdose. Even though my intake of potassium is very high, most just never reaches my cells because it is immediately excreted. This somehow helps to push the potassium into the cells and slow things down a bit.

Формула:
Kali phosphoricum 30X HPUS в основе камеди акации, лактоза NF
Как принимать №6
Adults & Children age 6 -12 : 4 tablets. Children ages 2-6: 2 tablets. Dissolve under tongue 3 times a day. Use more frequently (every 15 minutes for up to 8 doses) with acute conditions.
Перед применением №6, калий и фосфор 30x, 500 таблеток вы обязательно должны знать:
