Tastes good. A little on the sweet side. Not sure of how effective it is for digestion or energy yet as I’ve only been taking it for 4 days. Will update in a few weeks.

Have been using this for four years mixed 50/50 with spirulina. Am working in construction doing steady physical labor 10 hrs a day and more. Feel energized, clear-headed and without any need for other food for breakfast and lunch. Consider this a super food combination. costing about $3 dollars a day.

Вкусный вариант экстракта сока проростков ячменя. Нам зашёл хорошо=) в смузи просто отлично. Выводит токсины и тяжёлые металлы, надо пить долго и упорно вместе со спируллиной и соком сельдерея

Спровоцировал появление большого количества прыщей
Давно хотела попробовать суперфуд! Кожа у меня комедогенная, но при травмировании может воспалиться. Есть аллергия на мед, который присутствует в составе, но внешне аллергия никогда не проявляется. В небольших дозах реакции на мед нет, поэтому рискнула, тем более он не в первоначальном виде здесь представлен.Однако на следующий день после употребления этого напитка появилось огромное количество воспаленных прыщей, но т.к. одновременно началась менструация, грешить на суперфуд не стала и продолжила его употреблять в течении 3 недель. Зря. Все это время мне сопутствовали воспаления. После отказа существенно снизилось их количество. В общем подобные насыщенные витаминами и суперфудами продукты аллергикам принимать советую с осторожностью...
Плюс эффекта на увеличениие энергии, улучшения настроения замечено не было. Плюс! Запах и вкус очень неприятны, выпивала буквально с закрытым носом. Но привыкнуть можно. На ЖКТ отразился нейтрально. Возможно аллергия была на что-то другое, на что непонятно или не аллергия вовсе...Но тот факт, что обсыпало именно из-за Магмы - без сомнений.

smell not too nice
Prefer the barley magma. My 14 years old son likes the taste and smell of the barley magma nut cannot swallow this Magma Plus. Smells horrible. I had difficulty drinking this stuff too will not buy again. Singapore
