Брала впервые. Принимаю уже 3 недели, чудес не случилось, но легче проходит процесс пищеварения.
Отлично поддерживает переваривание белковой пищи, особенно при пониженной кислотности желудочного сока.
Я до этого яблочного уксуса брала другой, мне понравился. Этот намного дешевле. Возможно, потому что новый препарат, в продаже с августа, и цена пока невысокая. Но я бы не сказала, что какой-то из них лучше или хуже.
Я принимаю для поддержки в снижении веса. Возраст 50+, особой физической активности на данный момент нет. Этот яблочный уксус снижает аппетит. Принимаю утром 1 шт, и беру с собой на работу, чтоб принять ещё 1 шт. в первой половине дня. Какого-то негативного эффекта не замечено. По-моему, вполне можно его брать.
