I use this product when I have tight/aching muscles after running or workout classes and it helps shorten my recovery time. Great flavor too!
I run marathons and have neck and back pain from time to time from all the training needed. I have used this Arnica when these issues arise and find that within 12 hours my pain has completely disappeared. These tablets are easy to take and taste great. I would highly recommend this item.
This is the first time I saw this product in tablet form, I usually get the topical cream or gel. This worked very fast and feels safe to use as often as I need. I also gave some to my dog that suffers from arthritis and I feel that if it is safe to give to my dog and helps him, then this is definitely safe for me as well.
These Arnica tablets calmed my bruising and discoloration. It also helped reduce my pain and swelling naturally. I have also tried other brands that make digestible Arnica and this one seems to be the most effective.
I usually get fillers and Botox and taking this before and after the procedures stop be from bruising or swelling, even my doctor is impressed and starting carrying it in his plastic surgery office.
I have always loved Arnica, however this particular brand really has the best one. I was so grossed out taking any other so this is the main brand I keep in my medicine cabinet.

For best results, use at the first sign of symptoms and continue to use as needed.
| Adults and children 12 years of age and older | Chew 2 tablets at the onset of symptoms. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 4-6 hours as needed. |
