Я принимаю этот протеин вместо завтрака, смешивая с водой. Не могу сказать что это вкусно, скорее ближе к невкусно. Пью быстро и потом запиваю еще чистой теплой водой, чтобы забыть вкус. Очень надеюсь на невероятную полезность препарата. Со стороны желудка никаких проблем. Лучше растворяется в теплой воде.
The flavor of this is oddly appealing but a bit funky unnatural vanilla. I HATE stevia but it’s pretty mild in this and isn’t overwhelming like some. I like the greenish tint. I only use 1 1/4 scoop (2 is serving size) and it seems to work well and a mellow energy. You don’t feel as full as some more hearty proteins but it doesn’t feel watered down or weak either even in a lesser serving. Kind of a nice balanced feeling. The greens element seems to be a bit light but probably helps round it out. Also a good selection of protein sources so these were selling points for me. I just ordered the chocolate one even though it doesn’t have the greens. It’s a bit more expensive than my usual mixture but a easy treat protein drink when I want a change or a lighter ready-to-go feeling.

Впервые пробовала заменитель пищи. Раздавила как по инструкции, с апельсиновым соком. Сок помогал перебить частично этот противный вкус порошка, но всё равно пить было напряжно. Под конец кружки я еле себя заставляла это пить и у меня пошел рвотный рефлекс (еле заставила себя это заглотнуть). Кароче один раз выпила и больше не хочу. После него мне было неприятно в животе и я себя не хорошо чувствовала.
Кстати если вы употребляете бетаин с реестром, то с этим заменителем пищи бетаин тоже прийдется пить, чтобы переварить. Ну это если у вас низкая кислотность желудка. Если норм - то не нужно.
Из плюсов: банка большая, приятный запах ванили.
Но на вкус - отстой. Может быть его надо пить со смузи, чтобы перебивало противный вкус

This protein is pretty good but only if you add half the recommended intake. I only use about 1 scoop and that’s enough for me as adding more can increase the sweetness and clumpiness of my drink. Overall, it’s a great product and would recommend it!
Just a slight sweet vanilla taste, fewer gastro issues compared to dairy versions.

Не высокая калорийность. Это просто супер!
Пью его уже неделю, очень нравится.
Развожу на воде. Наверно на растительном молоке будет вкуснее, но, мне и так хорошо.
Легко взбивается в обычном шейкере, хорошо растворяется.
На вкус и цвет, как говорится ... Но, этот вкус прям по мне. Такой лёгкий, нежный, немного кремовый.
И мне нравится то, что он полностью усваивается организмом и сытость после приёма длится около 3-3,5 часов.
Утром, после пробуждения, организму требуются много энергии для восстановления, так как он всю ночь работал.
Этот коктейль - лучшее что могли придумать люди! Рекомендую.

Отличный протеин, покупаю для сына, он очень плохо ест, не могу его накормить. Этот вкус понравился больше, чем шоколадный. Делаю смузи с данным протеином.
