Is very sweet but It has the natural flavor of the beet, I really like that 1 scoop are 3 beets.
For the benefits I Will have to wait to see them.

Country Farms,Bountiful Beets, Whole Food Beet Extract, Cherry Flavor is an awesome product, it has a sweet cherry taste which is great. The high serving count means I can use it for at least month. Beet has many health benefit, the one that I find most useful is that it helps with blood pressure due to nitric oxide. It is best taken before any strenuous or sport activities. I highly recommend this.
