Есть толк или нет не почувствовал
Честно говоря на тренировке особого эффекта от приема не ощутил, готовлю изотоник скорее для профилактики при интенсивных тренировках, брать еще раз вряд ли буду, обычная минералка работает не хуже...

Очень хороший состав! Специально взял без вкуса, чтобы подмешивать с ВСАА этого же бренда, который уже со вкусом. Однако действие амилопектина чувствуется не особо ярко. Не понимаю в чем причина... Либо маленькая дозировка, либо источник амилопектина такой...
Продукт оправдал мои ожидания, с ним реально лучше себя чувствуешь на тренировке и после нее. Помимо этого обратил внимание, что перестали беспокоить боли в суставах.
