かなり折れやすいです。最終的にはショートパスタみたいになってしまいました。歯にもくっつきやすい。味は思ったほど癖はなく食べられます。

글루텐이 적어서 그런지 삶을때부타 면이 3-4센티 길이로 다 부서져서 숟가락으로 퍼먹었어요. 엔초비 + 치즈 파스타로 만들어먹었는데 소스가 잘 베어서 맛은 좋았지만 스파게티를 돌돌 말아먹는 즐거움이 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 통곡물 파스타가 다들 그렇듯이 쫄깃함은 좀 포기하셔야해요. 질감이 거칠지만 통곡물의 고소함은 입안에 많이 남아요. 익숙하지 않은 분은 씁쓸하게 느껴져서 소스 본연의 맛이 좀 떨어질 수 있겠지만 웰빙푸드 좋아하시는 분은 이것이 건강한 맛이다 라고 느끼실 수 있을듯

Как принимать цельнозерновая паста
Capellini Cold Asian Noodles
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. jovial olive oil
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium zucchini, chopped
2 tsp. cane sugar
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup basil leaves
1 thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 cup goat cheese
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the tomatoes, zucchini, and onion and saute on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften. Toss in the olives and basil and transfer to a large serving dish.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Before draining the pasta, remove 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water and mix together with the goat cheese until creamy.
- Toss the spaghetti and goat cheese with the tomato mixture and serve.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt as desired. Cook on high, stirring frequently. Test for doneness and drain.
