Хороший витамин
Принимали эти витамины для профилактики и поддержки иммунитете. Не плохие. Но всё таки вернулась к масляным капсулам
Бюджетный Д3 с маленькой дозировкой, больше не закажу, уровень Д снизился на фоне приёма, эффекта нет

Витамин д3 укрепляет кости и просто необходим,если не хватает солнца, особенно зимой. После начала приема исчезла слабость в конце дня и желание поспать после обеда. Чувствую энергию во всем теле. Таблетки небольшие, легко запиваются водой, принимаю по одной в день во время еды. Теперь я знаю, как дожить до весны в суровом климате:) ставлю твердую четверку, так как принимаю эти витамины с другими биодобавками и положительный эффект может быть вызван в комплексе.
