It will clump up. And tastes so bad alone.. and when combined with stuff will increase calorie count and carbs.. still good if you cannot find eat protiens. Keep in mind it will taste bad alone. And will ALWAYS clump up, even in a blender. Otherwise its a good source of protien. I add some slim up sugar, regular milk, one scoop, unsweetened coca powder.. its a good 350 calories with 3/4 parts carbs and 4/4 protien.. certainly not a good source of weight loss.
I didn’t really like the flavour. Its not a rich chocolate and somehow a bit salty? I’ve had to add cacao and stevia to use it. I have used egg white proteins before but this one wasn’t so nice unfortunately.
Easy to mix.
Average taste - should be more natural.

It is bland and doesnt have a good taste. I gave it 3* because it did not cause me a tummy ache. I get tummy aches when i take whey protein.
This was not very tasty and when blended was very thin.
The chocolate taste was fake, and the mixture was thin and watery if mixed only with water. It was not good with skimmed milk either. But, it dissolves good and I will use up the box mixed with other protein powders. Will not buy more of this. Would not recommend it to a friend.
i only gave it 5 stars cause it was a little expensive for me, tastes great though.
