Есть более сильные. Эта мягче, тоже большой плюс. Переодически буду ее заказывать и чередовать. В программе очищения печени, клетчатка обязательно нужна, многие об этом и не знают. Всем Здоровья!

the great thing about this product it works both ways if you are constipated or suffering from loose stool and the added triphala to it makes it great for IBS
Not good for me as it made my stomach extremely bloated.
Perfect addition of fiber to the diet balanced blend with healthful probiotics.
I like how it has probiotic, it helped me with my constipation. I take it with the probiotic pills from the same brand.
Works like a charm. 4 tablets to me is a bit too strong, 2-3 tablets works well already. Very effective to clean daily.
Препарат не стоит своих денег, никаких изменений не происходит, если увеличить дозу по 4 утром и вечером, то стул становится регулярным, но пару дней, потом снова "тишина" что пьеш, что не пьешь. Не рекомендую.

I only take 4 in the morning and I have been going to the bathroom normal, I have no side effects this product is so gentle. I recommend to drink gulps of water to get it down better.

I have IBS-C and several food intolerances. was diagnosed with leaky gut 2 yrs ago. Am much more regular now since changing my diet. Love to use this product for constipation and gas, and general stomach aches from eating the wrong thing (this cannot always be avoided). The stuff is so gentle!
regulates me and calmes my upset stomach. Makes that I dont need to run to the toilet. Creates natural bowel movement. Great product. I am too sensitive to many fbers like psyllium husks which give me cramps, this one is so gentle and really works for me!
For the price, Metamucil is a better buy.

I love this stuff. My general surgeon recommended an increase in fiber after my colonoscopy. I tried Metamucil etc but ws told they contained too much sugar. I also tried the other Fibersmart products but found it laborious to tale 10 a day. Not I alternate between 4 and 8 - if I remember my lunch time dose. I find also that it is a check on my unhealthy eating and cn curb ny appetite.
