Hot Beverage
- Heat milk in microwave for 50-60 seconds.
- Place hot milk into NutriBullet or blender.
- Add 2 level tablespoons (16 g) of Diabetic Kitchen Gourmet Drinking Chocolate.
- Process for 6 seconds.
- Pour into mug. Enjoy!
Cold Beverage
- Place cold milk into NutriBullet or blender.

Substitute
We use unsweetened almond milk because it produces a sugar-free, low-carb delight. It's also over the top with regular whole milk if your blood sugar will tolerate it. And it's great to serve children and grandchildren as a sugar-free alternative to commercial chocolate milks.
