Below average
Pretty pricey for what is basically a herbal tea.. I would recommend just sourcing the raw ingredients yourself and grinding them into a powder and make your tea in a plunger.. way cheaper AND you can make it for your own taste preferences..

Thought this is similar to the coffee I bought, but it´s different since it´s an elixir and not coffee. If this is understood the product is great and boost your brain.

A bit more alert and more focused after drinking
It may just be a placebo effect, but I feel more alert and have less “brain fog” during the day when I mix this into my coffee or tea in the morning. I assume it’s meant to be a long-term preventive measure for degenerative brain issues, but it’s quite expensive to take it regularly. The taste on its own is a bit “herbal”, but added to breakfast beverages, it’s hardly discernible. I’ve bought this a few times, for myself and my parents.

Great taste
I drink this both in its own and mixed with coffee. It has a really enjoyable earthy taste, with just the right amount of sweetness. I was concerned reading other reviews about the stevia taste but I did not find it overly sweet at all. I did not feel any significant effects but I was happy enough to switch out a cup of coffee for it. Would buy regularly but the cost is just a little too high.

Was not sure what to expect. I’ve heard many great things about Four Sigmatic and wanted to try this brain booster elixir mix. So far it’s great! Very simple to use, mix in hot water or put in a smoothie for extra power!
