IMO, this is literally the best sleep aid on the market and the only sleep supplement you need.
Taste is acceptable, dosage can be easily adjusted as required, and more than that it just works.

This is my husband’s go-to melatonin. He switched to a spray form a couple years ago and uses as-needed. The mint is nice and tastes great, not too strong and doesn’t taste like toothpaste.

Below average
Took the recommended 6 sprays the first couple nights and woke up feeling extremely groggy. Went down to 3 sprays, then 1 spray, and I was still feeling the same way. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll fall asleep quickly, but the struggle to wake up isn’t worth it in my opinion.
