I struggle to swallow tablets so was looking for an easier way to obtain Vit D & K supplements. This is a very easy way of boosting your vitamin intake. I mix it with water and take it first thing each morning. It’s very fizzy but I found by adding a small amount of boiling water to first dissolve the powder, then adding cooler water it takes away the fizz, and makes it more easily drinkable. The taste is good, a little sweet maybe, but you can add orange juice or another flavour to balance that.

Всем привет! Долго искала такой состав и чтобы был в форме лимонада (напитка). Иногда детки не хотят капсулированные и таблетированные формы, устают от них. Состав тут превосходный. Очень ждала посылку. Но мини недостаточек - очень кислый именно для моего ребенка - приходится подслащивать немного. Каждый день пить не получается и приходится уговаривать.
