Great post workout for recovery so I can go 100% again the next day. Super recommended
Completely refreshed drinking Isopost after every workout. I can feel my muscles recovering almost immediately after. It digests pretty fast and I get no bloating at all. Good protein to mix in creatine or more BCAAs.
I get a pretty quick recovery post workout and the lemon lime is refreshing. I have felt some improvement with hard training sessions and soreness is reduced in half.
