I purchased, I paid, and I got the items :) Pretty straightforward
The ingredients quantities are minuscule you need to take 4-6 pills a day to feel the difference. I usually take a full table spoon of maca root mixed with smoothy which is equal to the maca available in the all bottle.

Very good from the first try
After menopause, libido went to almost zero. Needless to say, this put stress on our marriage. Hormone replacement therapy was out of the question, due to cancer risk. After 5 years of a passionless existence, started 50 mg of DHEA, and libido greatly improved but got breakouts of white heads, particularly in and around nose. Cut DHEA to 25 mg/day, but libido decreased. Added this to make up the difference, and we are now enjoying daily sex and living our best life in our 60s!
