Expectations not met
Could be I was expecting too much from this product as the other extracts have been excellent. I had to use about three times the amount suggested and even then my tea was not up to par.

Great for Cold Sores, as good as any perscription
This is very high quality Lemon Balm Tincture. Much higher quality than what I used in my first trial of lemon balm for cold sores. The darker color of the tincture shows its potency. The last stuff I got was off of ebay and it had a slight tent. This is much darker and works even better.

Used as relaxation / sleep aid - made me feel lousy the next day
This is not for me. I thought this might help me relax and sleep. L-Theanine is much better. It relaxes me and I always feel great after taking it and the next day.

Lemon Balm is wonderful for beating the "summer blues", i.e., the heat and humidity can make you feel terrible - even sick. Lemon Balm evens you out, relaxes and comforts all the negatives about the summer. I take it in the hot afternoons in a little water. Jane
