хорошо при плохом настроении, плохом сне.
но в таблетках, мне понравился более в капсулах.
Мой любимый и незаменимый препарат для ночного сна. Работать начинает через 20 минут после приема. Незаметно ,мягко и очень эффективно. Сон глубокий ,встаю утром отдохнувшая , настроение днем тоже умиротворенное ,аминокислота продолжает действовать расслабляя ,но не вызывая сонливости , ушли мои "припадки " безосновательной злости. цена хорошая, давно пью этот триптофан.
После смены часовых поясов помогает лучше засыпать, высыпаться и восстанавливаться! Первые дни правда почти не работает, но эффект накопительный видимо! Я довольна.
