По-моему производитель обманывает и использует цитрат из оксида магния, который усваивается очень-очень плохо, пыталась растворить содержимое капсулы в воде, - ничего не получилось, не растворяется абсолютно, это значит, что там оксид магния, который совсем не растворяется... можно выбрасывать((

Magnesium deficiency is a big factor in headaches according to the American Headache Association. Based on their recommendation to take 600 mg of magnesium for migraine headaches, I tried 400 mg for my 14-year-old daughter who has frequent headaches and it actually brings relief! According to the NIH and Medical News Today magnesium can be helpful for asthma as it is supposed to dilate the bronchial tubes which can be constricted during an asthma episode. My daughter has a mild case of asthma and magnesium seems to help her when she wheezes and has shortness of breath. These capsules are smaller and easier to swallow than magnesium tablets that I have bought.

Helps Alleviate Pain
Magnesium is my go to for muscle pain and fascia pain relief. This product is great for that! It has 2 forms of magnesium—citrate and stearate. The capsules are not overly big so they’re easy to swallow.

One of my favorite things about this magnesium is the container. That may sound crazy, but it’s a nice size with an easy to open lid. It also stands out in my cabinet so I don have to search for it.

Helps muscle pain and anxiety too
My doctor recommended magnesium for muscle pain I was having but I’ve noticed my anxiety has also been more easily managed lately too. My muscle pain has also gone away and it has been eye opening how a vitamin deficiency can make such a difference.

I use magnesium for lots of this including sleep. This magnesium is great quality. There is no bad smell or after taste and it’s very affordable.

Working Great!
I have always given my children a magnesium supplement for a natural calming agent. When I started to have anxiety myself I wanted to start with a natural option as well. There are a few things that I like about this magnesium. To start off, the price was great for a 2 month supply. 60 capsules - take one a day. I like the size of the capsules as well. It made it very easy to swallow. Since taking them I have noticed my heartburn and indigestion has gone down a lot. I did not even know it would help that problem. I like that this is dairy, soy, and gluten-free as well as made here in America.

Ik dacht: wauw, 200 mg per capsule. Bij het gebrek aan Thorne Magnesium Citrate wilde ik deze graag proberen, maar dit werkt helemaal niet. In tegendeel, ik krijg er meer krampen van dan ooit. Is dit Magnesium Citrate? Ik heb geen idee. Maar alle potjes die ik vol verwachting heb gekocht, kunnen regelrecht de prullenbak in.
