Use these on a fomo 9 year old asleep with 30-40 mins of taking them. Also use them myself when I have an early morning so need to get to sleep at a reasonable time. Worth every penny shipping isn’t bad either- 2-3 week turn around
This works for me (an adult) and my 6 year old. Starts working after 20 minutes and really helps in getting to sleep.

I was recently told by a natural health professional not to take melatonin, but if you need it every once in a while, this works well. I would break it in three and give a 1/3 to my kids. Knocked them right out...but probably not good for every day use
