이거 먹고 나면 소변색이 찐해짐
루테인이 들어간걸로 찾다보니까 이걸 사게 됬다.
눈이 좋아지는지는 아직까진 잘 모르겠다.
이걸 먹고나서부터 소변색이 찐해졌는데 무슨 성분이 과다복용된건질 못찾겠다.
그래도 딱히 몸에 문제가 생기고 그런건 아니니까 계속 복용 중.
루테인이 들어간걸로 찾다보니까 이걸 사게 됬다.
눈이 좋아지는지는 아직까진 잘 모르겠다.
이걸 먹고나서부터 소변색이 찐해졌는데 무슨 성분이 과다복용된건질 못찾겠다.
그래도 딱히 몸에 문제가 생기고 그런건 아니니까 계속 복용 중.

Great Vitatmins!!!
My son has been taking these vitamins for over a year. He indicated that of all of the vitamins he has tried, the Jarrow vitamins work the best to help alleviate some of his ADHD symptoms. He does not take medication for the ADHD, and he has found that these vitamins give him energy, help him to stay focused at work (alleviates some of the foggy thinking), and allow him to more easily retain and retrieve information. I began using these vitamins about a month ago, and I agree that they are wonderful. I am going through menopause, and it seems that some of the symptoms are minimized when taking these vitamins (not the hot flashes or nights sweats). I like the energy and mental clarity that I have with these vitamins. I also really like the price!

Not Bad For The Price
I really like Jarrow Products but I would like to see them using Folate in place of Folic Acid in their supplements. A little more of the B vitamins would be handy too, otherwise a great formulation!

많이 들어 있어 좋아요
다만 Tablets이 좀 커서 삼키기가 힘들어요
미국 제품들은 하나같이 알약을 크게 만들어 불만이구요
병속에 솜넣지 마시고 차라리 비닐을 넣는게 나을것 같아요
제 구매하고 싶은 생각이 듭니다

This was listed in the iodine-free section. It in fact has iodine, my mistake for not reading the ingredients. Ended up giving it to my neighbor and she loves it!

too much or too little
Even though the easy solve tabs are good I will choose another multi next time. For me this multi delivers too much B6 when you take 3 tabs. While the selenium is only 30 mcg.
When you take one the amount of vit E is far below level. So not a good multi at all. Even though it is iron free......

I have more energy when I take these. I think they work better because they disolve so easily. I started taking a half a pill and they work just as well. The price is very low, and now I am saving even more.

Good multi, good forms of most of the vitamins. Magnesium glycinate would be better than Magnesium oxide, but its pretty common in a multi.
It dissolves well too
Just a warning it has a rosemary smell/taste due to it being an ingredient.

I have taken vitamins all my life and feel they are neccesary for me because i have more energy and fewer colds, i have a very active lifestyle and try and eat healthily, i take 3 of these tablets every third day so as not to overdose and feel more energy and sleep better than on some other brands.I could go on and on, they are a must try if you are feeling run down.
