Купила, потому что все хвалят куркуму, решила и я попробовать. Подумала, если будет хоть какой-то эффект докуплю ещё. Ну....честно пропила банку и ничегошеньки не почувствовала. А должна была. У меня и коленки, и спина, и ЖКТ. Может быть 30 дней мало. Добавка не дешевая и ради призрачного (будет-не будет) эффекта брать сразу 2-3 банки.... не хочется.
Принимаю в комплексе с другими витаминами, чувствую себя замечательно, бодренько, ничего не беспокоит)
