This product is amazing. I place half a dropperful in hot water, let it cool. Apply to face with cotton. I had researched this herb extensively before using, since I have liver illness. I should start using it as mouthwash, too. I highly recommend it and I love Herb Pharm.

Not recommended!
Bought 4 different products with comfrey. This product I did not appreciate so much. Did not ease my pain from shingles att all and was not so easy to use as it was liquid.

Helped healing
I ordered one bottle, and I received two. (Thank you iHerb!) I applied the comfrey on the skin on top of my broken ribs after having been in pain for three weeks. In the next couple of days, the pain was greatly reduced. It took 4 more weeks before I was totally free of pain.

I have not used the product long enough to give an honest opinion, however I have no doubts that it will help with the joint inflammation.

Comfrey is very healing and this particular compound is good to carry with you as it is portable, concentrated, not messy. Good for all kinds of skin ailments. A little astringent because it is a tincture.

I purchased this product because I fractured my tibial plateau in hopes that it might help with the healing process. Although I am unsure if it is helping or not, this company had really fast shipping and this product seemed to help with pain relief to improve my range of motion. Despite that the pain relief might be attributed to the placebo effect rather than the product, I was satisfied overall with the company and product.
