I use this as a base for my iodine protocol to heal cancer naturally. Cacao powder will neutralize the iodine burning taste and makes iodine easy to take in high dose. Furthermore, cacao powder is also filled with nutrients. Gotta admit, the taste of cacao/iodine is definitely not good but its way better that just iodine and plain water.
