Quick & Easy Preparation Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water, quinoa & rich pouch, seasoning packet, and 1 tsp. olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 18 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.
- Soak up the compliments.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with grilled chicken.
- Stuff rice in cremini mushrooms, top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, and bake in oven.
- Serve with grilled white fish and a fresh squeeze of lemon juice.
