хорошо. взяла для подростка.
Считаю, что 10 дней приема - не совсем тот срок ,когда можно с уверенностью
оценить действие препарата. Но, какие -то все-таки перемены с сторону спокойствия есть.
صراحة ماقدرت استخدمه خفت خاصة انها حبوب
принимаю уже две недели. по 1 таблетке утром. сонливость не вызывают, но нет проблем с засыпанием. Уменьшилась тревожность. Легче концентрироваться. Дочь тоже отметила, что становлюсь менее раздражительной. очень мягкий эффект. очень приятный вкус. немного прилипает к зубам, но не вижу в этом проблемы.
