What's special about this tea?
The leaves of this beautiful green tea, from southern China are carefully hand rolled into a precious pearl then engulfed in fresh jasmine flowers. Leaving the tea to nestle amongst the flowers allows the natural floral scent to absorb into the tea, giving it a delicate pure taste.
Our Tea Temples:
We use quality whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular tea bags; whole leaf is best. A tea worthy of worship belongs in our biodegradable "tea temple" - our spacious, transparent mesh bag allowing maximum room for perfect infusion.

How we like it:
Hot. One tea temple per person, infused in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. Sit back and watch the magic of the pearl.
Iced. Just cover one tea temple with boiling water and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove temple and top-up glass with iced water.
