A Bag Full of Wonder
This curry is delicious,a go to staple in our vegetarian household for an easy, tasty, and filling meal that can be prepared quickly. We were surprised to realize this product was not vegan, we also enjoy the pindi chana from this company. Better than an run of the mill Indian buffet, and a high level of quality for the price.

The package I got has sunflower oil in the ingredients list.

If you are avoiding PUFA (omega-6), the Dal Bukhara, Black Gram Lentils Curry is the only one without it.

Serving Suggestion: With bread.

Method 2 - Cut pouch, empty contents into a frying pan, and heat for 3-5 minutes while stirring. Serve hot.
Method 3 - Immerse the foil pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cut open and serve hot.
