Есть эффект, это точно. Разгоняет метаболизм. Но во второй половине дня лучше не принимать, не могла уснуть, было сердцебиение, возможно, это совпало с колебаниями в погоде.

One serving of this product contains up to as much caffeine as 3.5 cups of coffee.
