Банка просто огромная! Но понятно, тут 250 немаленьких капсул. Набито под завязку. На фото - примерно после 15 дней использования. Одна доза - 3 красивые капсулы. Они хоть и большие, но глотаются очень легко. И средство действует (заметила уже за две недели использования). Ногти становятся менее ломкими. Благодарна подруге, которая посоветовала это средство!

finished a bottle. see no effects and seemed to suffer from hair loss. now switching to another brand and see if can undo the damage it has done.

Пью месяц по 3 шт трижды в день. Волосы, как сыпались, так и сыпятся. Стали толще ногти, но слоятся по-страшному. В добавок ко всему после приёма капсул меня мучает изжога((((, хотя у меня она раньше бывала крайне редко. Одним словом - выброшенные деньги, во всяком случае для меня.
Допив всю банку результата так и не увидела....абсолютно бесполезная вещь.

beware of soy
i have been taking this since november and only recently realized that it contains soy. i am not sure if this did anything for my hair, but now i am upset because i have been inadvertently consuming soy. stay clear if you are sensitive to soy.

I have been taking this for several months. My hair has started to regrow at a rate I never thought possible, however it is taking my nails longer to show signs of improvement but they are starting to grow and look healthy.

Very pleased with this product. I was devestated when another product I had used was discontinued, but I am pleased to say, these vitamins have filled the void. I have thin nails that never grew, but with these vitamins they are healthy and always look so nice. Thank You!

My hair feels super soft and my skin is more radiant. I have seen only a moderate improvement in my naisl though. I guess I need to give it a full month.

I have autoimmune disease and Marlyn Formula 50 takes the dents out of my nails. Nothing else ever has! Strangely, it also strengthens the cartilage in my nose. My nose changed shape due to a very, very, rare side effect of an infection. Formula 50 makes my nose go back the way it used to. LOVE, LOVE Formula 50!

I have only used this product for like 3 weeks and my nails are growing like crazy and are super strong. I have not yet noticed a difference in my hair growth, but I have heard it takes about 4 months to see results. Also, my skin looks great. I have acne and I have had no break out since using this product. I highly recommend it. You have to use it everyday as directed in order for it to work.

I have used this product for many, many years. It was recommended by the dermatologist I was seeing at the time because I was concerned about my hair. The hair problem was resolved (taking too much asperin) but I continued to use this product for support for nails and hair. I take 6 a day. My nails are strong and my hair, though thinning due to the aging process, seems to otherwise be o.k. IHerb is a nice company to deal with.

these seem to be making a difference in my nails and hair. i also use biotin 5mg along with it. the softgels are extremely easy to take, as i cannot swallow large pills or uncoated ones. i will be reordering this product.

The transaction was very easy, and I got what I ordered. iHerb gave me a tracking number in no time, and it arrived on the exact date that it was said to be here. Also, I think one of the good things iHerb did, was add samples of their other products to my order so I can test them out and possibly buy them. The only problem I had was the shipping options. They were kind of expensive and timely. I got regular shipping and it cost $4+ and took 5 days to get here. Besides that, everything else was fine.
