Хожу в походы в горы. И беру с собой амино-энерджи. Разбавляю с водой и пью весь ходовой день, На вкус приятная, не противная, слегка бодрит. Рекомендую для занятий в спорт зале и на природе.

Использую после тренировки а не перед. Восстанавливает очень хорошо!!!! Бодрит! Аминокислотный профиль богат! Снимает боль в мышцах. Как будто наполняет меня. Развожу в 75 граммах воды и добавляю минеральной воды какой нибудь. За одно и электролиты восстанавливаются.
В общем- рекомендую.
