Хорошо
Принимаю 1,5 мерные ложки за 10 минут до тренировки. Рабоает как обычный предтренник плюс аминокислотный комплекс. Очень важно подобрать индивидуальную дозу. Вкус не очень приятный, долго держится притарно химическое послевкусие. Лучше всего разводить в лебяной воде, долго втряхивая шейкер. Так легче пьется.

Как принимать purple wraath

Initial (First Serving) Directions: To assess your individual tolerance to the ergogenic matrix, combine 1/2 scoop of Purple Wraath with 5-10 oz of water and consume it before, during and/or after your workout. Shake well before drinking. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions For Regular Use: Combine 1-2 scoops of Purple Wraath with 10-20 oz of water, and consume it during the workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout). Shake well before drinking. For best results, Purple Wraath should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with an adequate amount of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
