Have to keep this on hand for the "emergency" chest.
Any shock to the system, be it emotional or physical can benefit from this in my opinion. I often have anxiety about things that are beyond my control, and I have pain from fibromyalgia. When anxiety is up, pain goes up. This can help to bring them both back down for me.

I was greatly pleased with Flower Essence Grief formula, that proved to be effective. I however see no results from this trauma formula. The ingredients are organic, which is wonderful. Everyone reacts differently to flower essences, so you still might want to give it a try. For me this one did not work. This is a brief review but I hope it is still helpful to you.

I was skeptical to be sure. But all the FES flower remedy products have been very helpful for me. This one along with or alternating with the Grief Relief formula has been very effective. I spray it into hot/warm tea or water to evaporate the alcohol.

I love FES flower essence and this is among the best. I spray it on my pulse points and rub instead of spraying it in mouth as I still cannot overcome the alcoholic smell and taste. Seems to work a bit for my panic and anxiety issues. I use it and its "Fear-less" alternately.
