У меня часто бывает непонятный насморк, то ли аллергия то ли лёгкая простуда. Этот спрей правда помогает, но надо использовать регулярно, 2-3 раза в день. Препарат очень мягкий, не жжет, не оставляет горечи в горле. Рада приобретению, то что надо!

Как принимать saline care
To open, squeeze and turn cap. Hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and nozzle between your fingers. Before using for the first time, prime pump by depressing several times. Without tilting your head, insert tip of nozzle into nostril. Pump into nostril and inhale deeply.Adults & children ages 12 and over: 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by a doctor.
Children ages 3-11: 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril as often as need or as directed by a doctor.
