Очень вкусный коктейль. Брала ваниль, очень понравился
Смешиваю мерную ложку порошка с 300 мл холодного молока в шейкере. Напиток получается вкусным, в меру сладким, цвет слегка зеленоватый. Голод утоляет часа на 2,5-3. Сам порошок пахнет, как сухое детское питание.
Гадость редчайшая. Самое неприятное из того, что когда-либо доводилось пить. Очень противная текстура, комкуется даже в шейкере. Такое ощущение, что пьешь слизняка.

I love the taste of this shake.
This meal replacement is alright. It’s filling, not too sweet. But it’s quite thick and greenish, which is not super appealing. You just need to add more water to dilute it. That being said, it’s ok as a breakfast replacement.
This is a great meal replacement protein powder. It has the addition of spirulina and other nutrients. I especially like that this protein powder isn’t cloyingly sweet like some of the other options out there.
Only negative, because it’s a Whole Foods based product, it doesn’t mix together as easily as some other options (either use a blender or blender bottle or whisk) and can be a tiny bit gritty if you just use water or milk. It’s not gritty at all if you add a bit of ice in a blender. My fave way to use this is to use milk (water is fine for fewer calories), a scoop of powder, some ice, a banana, and some cocoa powder and blend it together. Instead of cocoa powder you may also like, instant coffee, strawberries, hot chocolate mix, or chocolate cookie crumbs.
good taste: thick vanilla shake that is great with cow milk, rice milk or water. i feel full for several hours after drinking one glass.

Spiru-tein has my go to protein powder for many years. I love the capuccio but went with Vanilla for more versatility. Have plain, blend with fruit or greens, or like I do add black coffee for that cappuccio flavor I love!

For a long time i used to think protein we’re supposed to taste horrible, but this one is a game changer, use unsweetened soy milk instead of water for an even better taste, if you’re thinking that f getting it just get it!
