Лошадиная доза даже в одной таблетке, мне не подошел

Решили попробовать!!!! Впервые
Я питалась на 1200-1500 ккал в день, часто и понемногу, старалась чтобы обязательно был спортивный час в день (для меня это скандинавская ходьба), и нужно пить много воды.
Недостатки: резкое повышение АД, головокружение, сильная тахикардия, похолодание рук и ног, слабительный эффект- всё это было поначалу для меня критично.
Достоинства - пережив указанную в недостатках реакцию, происходил выброс энергии, порой хотелось танцевать.
Я сначала написала негативный отзыв, но позже, изменив дозировку с 4 капсул на 2 капсулы в день, ощутила как препарат мягко действует - для меня это стало комфортным, и пошел сброс лишнего веса!

As a dietary supplement, take one serving (4 capsules) 1 time per day. SS8™ can be taken with or without food. Some people may have a sensitive stomach and will not tolerate green tea extract well on an empty stomach. If this is you, be sure to take SS8™ with meals. If you are sensitive to caffeine, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
