Коллаген 1 и 3 типа
Покупала коллаген для мамы на пробу, так как не всем нравится на вкус и не все могут его пить. Этот коллаген 1 и 3 типа, он особенно хорошо подходит для восстановления эластичности кожи, для волос и ногтей, повышения белка.
Пакет рассчитан на 1 раз, но как-то этого многовато, так как обычно принимают по 5-10 гр. Растворяется легко. Принимать необходимо натощак за час до еды или вечером перед сном. Побочных эффектов не вызвал.

Purchase for a young woman who had weak nails, thinning hair and bad skin. She reported back and helped her a lot and she will continue to use, her nails a stronger, hair thicker and skin smoother. Collagen peptides are great for overall health a good source of nutrients, many brands out there are great, these were in her price range for Grass-fed and Non-GMO. iHerb provides me with good customer service and once again with reasonable DHL delivery costs along with a reasonable delivery time frame, not as fast as before but still good. GST is not fair though so stops me making large orders, Thank you.
