Taken once daily in the morning by a lady (often marketed to men). Half dose proving effective to regulate appetite without jittery or other side effects, and without suppressing all appetite. Increased energy without overstimulating as coffee does. Tastes terrible. Use caution as will stain countertops, etc. I will continue to use as regular maintenance supplement along with ashwaghanda. Mild, but beneficial effect as I am taking. Another quality product from herbpharm. Recommeded.
I tried this product so that I could have more energy in the morning. It does that pretty well, but I have a problem with the taste. It has a very strong alcohol taste which can be very unpleasant first thing in the morning.
This product seems to work very well. It seems to take about 30 minutes from ingestion until the effects can be felt. Ten to fifteen drops seems to be about the minimum needed to get an effect (the bottle recommends 30-40 drops). I did try 35 drops once, and it worked very well, but was almost a bit too intense, so I cut back to 15 drops.

Как принимать йохимбе
Shake well before using.
Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, one to three times per day. Best taken between meals.

Caution: Not for use by persons under 18 years old, the elderly, or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Don't use if you have, or have had, heart, liver, kidney, or prostate disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, abnormal blood pressure, diabetes, seizures, stroke or psychiatric illness. Avoid use with alcohol, prescription drugs and other medications, and tyramine-containing foods (e.g. beer & red wine, fermented or aged foods, yeast, cheese & soy). Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience recurring headache, dizziness, anxiety, sleeplessness, tremors, bronchial spasms or heart palpitations. Do not exceed suggested use. Limit use to 8 weeks, followed by a 4 week break.
Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
Keep bottle tightly closed and store away from heat & light.
