Эта штука точно не работает. Не советую. Изжога есть после приёма. Положительных эффектов не заметил.

до приёма этих кислот, я занимался и не особо видел эффект, ну по всей видимости мой катаболизм имел больший эффект. теперь принимая кислоту, вижу что мышцы стали округляться и расти. мне нравится))) капсулы довольно таки не приятные на вкус, пью как по рецепту утром после завтрака, в обед после еды и вечером после ужина. без воды если пить то в горле стоят и потом не протолкнуть
