Крутой bcaa, принимаю во время тренировки ! Восстанавливает силы очень быстро !!! Советую

Прекрасно!
Хороший состав, приятный вкус. Я бы не сказал, что сильно сладкий, как это бывает у некоторых смесей аминокислот. Есть PEAK02, мне это нравится, хорошо восстанавливает.

Excellent!
Много я перепробовал известных брендов БЦА, но эта штука впечатлила - реально чувствую повышенную выносливость на длинных заплывах в бассейне. Взял версию Elite для тренировок с повышенной нагрузкой и версию Original для трень с обычной нагрузкой.

Как принимать xtend elite

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix each scoop in 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 scoop during exercise and 1 scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 scoops throughout the day. For best results, use 2 scoops daily. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributable to Beta-Alanine.
