Думала заменить этим коктейлем сывороточный, но вкус не очень приятный, и по консистенции уступает- немного чувствуется "песок". Для вегетарианцев и в качестве "лекарства" от холестерина- подойдет, а я буду возвращаться на молочный протеин.
