ПРЕДТРЕНИРОВОЧНЫЙ КОМПЛЕКС для ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЯ, МЫШЕЧНОГО РОСТА И ВЫНОСЛИВОСТИ
Посещаю тренажерку для поддержания спортивной формы. Вечером после работы бывает невмоготу((( На помощь приходят «предтреники». Что это?! Это коктейль, содержащий ряд компонентов, которые делают тренировку продуктивной и способчтвую восстановлению, мышечному росту и повышают выносливость. В состав конкретно этого комплекса JYM Supplement Science входят: Креатин - для энергетического обмена, ВСАА - питание мышц и подавления катаболизма, Кальций и Калий - как электролиты, Кофеин для стимуляции работоспособности, Таурин для восстановления мышц, Бета-Аланин - как восстановитель и мышечный антиоксидант, Ацетилцистеин и Цитруллина малат для защиты от усталости, Альфа GPC для секреции гормона роста, Гуперзин А для повышения настроения, Биоперин для лучшего всасывания всех вышеперечисленных веществ. Как я принимаю: мерную ложку комплекса добавляю в 300 мл воды и взбалтываю в блендере. Пью за 30 минут до тренироки. Но не позднее 18:00, т.к. там кофеин, не хочу иметь проблемы со сном. Вкус мандарина, слегка, правда химозный, но вполне питкий. Тренировки проходят на «Ура»!!! Отличный пампинг, выкладываюсь на все 100% и домой возвращаюсь не опустошенной, еле волоча ноги))) Рекомендую!! В банке 20 порций. Спасибо! Здоровья Вам и вашим деткам!

Как принимать high-performance pre-workout

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of PreJYM™ in 16-24 oz. of water and drink 30-45 minutes before workouts. Initially use 1/2 serving or less to assess tolerance. Once tolerance is assessed, take no more than 1 serving. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within 6 hours of bedtime.

For better results, consider using Post JYM Recovery Matrix™ after workouts.
