I have been a lover of Ashwagandha for many years now - and this is by far my favourite brand!
If you want to try a great recipe to help with balancing your hormones:
Ingredients
1 cup of milk (almond or hazelnut works well, if using coconut milk, I would suggest ½ cup coconut milk and ½ cup water)
1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon maple syrup or honey
How To Make
Warm the milk, then add the powdered spices and maple syrup or honey
Stir well, using the whisk to blend, adjusting for sweetness if necessary
Pour into a nice cup and drink an hour before bed
Enjoy!

Happy that found this product here, was using different brand before but this one is better price. Ordered couple times. The powder is mixing well in water, little bitter taste, but when mixed with something else you don’t feel the taste. The package is resealable.

Good quality herb that works great as an anxiolytic. Being in a powder form means it is more easily digested, and added to food.
A very "earthy" flavor, but mixes well into smoothies and gives a nice boost. The serving size information is a little unclear.
I use 1/8 tsp of this ashwagandha power with 1/2 tsp Inositol in Chamomile tea before bed. It works wonder for my sleep. My partner is allergic to ashwagandha (itchy skin) though.

Happy with the product. Economical way to buy and easy to take (i.e. in smoothies, stirred into hot water etc). Seems to me to be of good quality, and the packaging is sturdy and resealable via zip-lock mechanism.
