Изменений в самочувствии не заметил. Но в крови, по анализам - взлетел выше нормы. Пью по 1 капсуле в день. Не знаю, стоит ли платить такие средства. Видимо у меня такого недостатока этого витамина нет.

After learning our family has compound heterozygous MTHFR gene mutations (and dealing with abnormal B-6/B-9 blood levels), we needed a reliable source of L-methylfolate. The quality of this Metabolic Maintenance formulation is consistently high. The capsules are small and easy for our children to swallow. There are few makers of L-methylfolate in this dosage, so we really value being able to purchase this from iHerb.

Пью в курсе для снижения гомоцистеина (у меня 8 ед, а нужно до 5-6) + ТМГ. Назначил нутрициолог. Дозировка большая, потому только 2 недели подряд, а потом раз в 2-3 дня. очень жду результатов анализов. Цена высокая конечно.

Анализ обсервационных исследований показал, что длительное снижение уровня гомоцистеина в плазме крови только лишь на 1 ммоль/л приводит к снижению сердечно-сосудистого риска на 10%. Из трех витаминов, которые регулируют уровень гомоцистеина, фолиевая кислота имеет наибольший эффект в снижении базального уровня гомоцистеина в крови. Этот препарат рекомендую для снижения гомоцистина, принимаю постоянно, результаты есть. Качество хорошее.

Not L-Methyl folate anymore.
This is different from the product description, the formula has now changed. It is not the L form anymore but a mixture of the L and D form. Not recommended as the D form is not biologically active and it is impossible to say how much fo the L form us present in the product. The Quatrefolic from this brand IS better but very expensive.
Good quality alternatives are the Throne Research 5mg L-Methylfolate and Allergy Research Group Quatre Folate 500mcg of which I have used both and it is hard to say which one I prefer......

I ordered this product which clearly states in the photo and on my receipt---L-Methylfolate. The product bottle I received looks identical except for there is no "L" before the Methylfolate. I have researched this product and learned that if the "L" is not on the label it is probably the "D" form of methyfolate which is inferior. I e-mailed I-Herb only to get a cut and paste response telling me how the product works. I will be returning this product but would like a response from the company addressing why I was sent a product different from what I ordered.

Changing my life for the better!
I was on another brand for quite a while but have had a noticeable difference with this small convenient capsule. One capsule does the job and I am very pleased to no longer have to be taking numerous large capsules. This is to replace a prescription for Cerefolin NAC and I just had my blood work done about 10 days ago ... yes, it is saturating my blood which is all I can ask for. I will know in about 3 more months if it is working on my MTHFR (B-12/folic acid) genetic type anemia, but I am very pleased so far with my results. I do feel better on Metabolic Maintenance L-Methylfolate and had a noticeable improvement from the previous brand. I am sticking with Metabolic Maintenance FOR LIFE so I pray they are a strong provider and can weather all the restrictions imposed by the FDA etc. trying to drive manufactures of our sometimes life saving supplements out of business. We have to fight for our "health freedom" rights or the day may come when iherb.com cannot provide us such awesome deals of the nutrients we need.
