Здравствуйте! Возможно у меня есть какая то «стойкость» к компонентам данного чая, но я бы не сказала что меня «пронесло» как других людей судя по комментариям:) чай настаивала очень хорошо - только тогда был совсем небольшой результат. Так что если у вас стойкость к листьям Сены - вряд ли вам поможет это средство, поищите другое. Вау эффекта нету. Если Вам был полезен мой комментарий - поставьте палец вверх, спасибо

Очищает хорошо. Но лучше подключить более естественные слабительные - псиллиум, клетчатку акации, и восстанавливать жкт, желчеотток и печень.

Steeping the tea for about 2-3 minutes is good enough to send you to flush out the next day. It works at around 8-10 hours for me. And I like that it’s not the diahorrea kind of feeling. But it does leave me slightly dehydrated after the loo so do drink up more when on this
Great taste and smells good. I made the first cup really diluted as I didn’t want to experience sever effects the next day. Being a herbal product I would say that the effects are pretty mild, will choose this natural remedy over others

Надежный чай если поставлена цель хорошо прочиститься. Приятный травяной вкус, заваривается до темного цвета если настаивать достаточно долго - я люблю подобный чай пить холодным - но внимание! читайте рекомендации - чем дольше заваривается тем резче очищающее действие - лучше начать с лайт-версии - заваривать не более 1 -2 мин. Применяю очень не часто - не больше 1-2 раз в неделю - берегу микробиоту! Но подобный чай хорошо применять после сверхнагрузки на пищевую систему - шашлыки, алкоголь, обилие пальмы на столе выводишь из себя весь этот мусор и становится легче во всех смыслах! В составе травка сенны (куда же без нее!), листья папайи и хурмы, белой шелковицы и подслащено корнем солодки. Пакетики аккуратные, с яркой бирочкой.Сбор покупаю регулярно - чтобы пачка в доме была, это спасение при отравлениях и в объедальные празднества , которые идут чередой в зимне-весенний период. Live this brand of tea. Not sure if I get slimmer, but it feels lighter and maintain good digestion to have it daily. Not bloated and constipated at least. Good buy with promotion.

1 cup after dinner, or before bedtime. Do not exceed 1 cup in 24 hours. When first using this tea, make it weak by brewing it briefly. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag and steep for 1-2 minutes, remove the bag and drink 1 cup hot or cold. Do not over-brew. Notice: Longer brewing times increase the strength and taste of the tea. After 3 or 4 days, you may brew it longer to suit your individual preference. Do not brew it too strong. Do not drink for more 7 days unless directed by your doctor.
