Очень эффективный комплекс, чувствуется что влияет на ускорение обмена веществ, но надо не забывать что контроль за объемом употребляемой пищи тоже должен быть. Употребляю комплекс 10 дней, вес снизился стабильно на 2 кг. Мой рост 172 , вес был 71кг., возраст 49 лет. Начала прибавлять в весе начиная с 44 лет , ранее вес всегда был стабилен 62-64 кг.,причина думаю - возраст и стрессовая работа. Ранее никогда проблем не было , ела все что хотела. Очень жаль стало свою прекрасную фигуру, поэтому решила встать на "тропу борьбы" с весом, надеюсь данный комплекс мне в этом поможет. Как принимать slimvance
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules twice daily. For best results, take one serving in the morning and then another serving 30-60 minutes prior to exercise approximately 4-6 hours later.
